The provided bed had a thin mattress. I could feel the springs, difficult to get a restful night.

the apartment included useful kitchen facilities, this gave us many options for meals. the staff were really friendly at all times. i got complimentary upgrade to a superior one bed-room apartment, it had a comfy bed and a great night's sleep.

the seating area wasn't super comfortable, though it was alright for the price i paid. i hope they will consider upgrading it soon.

i find location really handy for getting around. everything i needed was close. my room have a kitchen, so i cooked my own food. that was good because i saved some money.

the gym equipment felt bit old. some machines need an update. it weren't a huge problem though.

the location was very central to everything. it was a short walk to lime street station. the apartment was a nice self-contained unit. the staff were very friendly (i especially liked their helpfulness).

the studio apartment i stayed in felt quite cold. despite setting the heating to 25 degrees, it didn't seem to work. the receptionist wasn't particularly cute upon check-in. i noticed a persistent, unpleasant pee odour in the toilet.
